We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to generate group, corporate, and transient business, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth for the property.
Requirements
- Develop and execute strategies to increase group, corporate, and transient business revenue.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calls, and referrals.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Conduct site visits and presentations for prospective clients.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and sales reports.
- Collaborate with Catering, Front Office, and Operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and hotel performance to identify opportunities.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry functions to promote the hotel.
