Role Overview

Join the Project Management Team at Stirling Dynamics as a Senior Project Manager. The role involves managing a portfolio of projects in the Aerospace market, from bid phase to delivery. The successful candidate will have previous engineering and project management experience and be able to work in a fast-moving company with a worldwide customer base.

What You Will Do

Manage a portfolio of projects, participate in the bid phase, prepare project start-up and initiation documentation, manage risk, track progress, and prepare project financial data. Communicate with stakeholders, manage contract changes, and support the implementation of best practice project management.

Requirements

• Degree qualified in an engineering, science, technology, mathematics or related discipline
• Recognised Project Management training and qualification (Desirable)
• Ability to lead teams in demanding technical environments
• Financially astute, able to create and manage project budgets, maintain profit margin and deliver returns
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident in prioritisation and managing concurrent workstreams
• Ability to manage own workload and work to deadlines
• Be an effective communicator, both written and verbal
• A proactive and assertive nature with the motivation to succeed
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
