
Job description
The Technical Manager will lead the Structural and Fluid Dynamics capability group, ensuring technical excellence, resource planning, and continuous improvement. The role will be responsible for managing the team, tools, and processes to meet project requirements.
The Technical Manager will provide technical leadership, manage external suppliers, facilitate team delivery, and evaluate current toolsets. They will also allocate team members, define budgets, and support business development activities.
The successful candidate will have industrial experience in structural and fluid dynamics, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. They will also be able to propose solutions to technical and organisational problems and embrace change.
