Role Overview

Join the Production team at Stirling Dynamics as a Test Lead, responsible for the product test area and accountable for the performance of the test function. The role involves supporting the delivery and management of products through test, contributing to the upkeep of test equipment, and working with the Workshop Lead to ensure continuous improvement.

What You Will Do

Support product delivery and management through test, contribute to test equipment upkeep, report issues to the Product Manager, and work with the Workshop Lead to ensure continuous improvement. Other responsibilities include writing test procedures, interpreting test results, and undertaking failure analysis investigations.
