Requirements
- Manage a diverse caseload in your primary area(s) of practice
- Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials, hearings, and mediations
- Strategize, negotiate, and advocate to achieve the best outcomes for your clients
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlements
- Maintain clear, proactive communication with clients
- Collaborate with fellow attorneys, intake, and paralegal staff to drive efficiency and results
- Optionally mentor junior attorneys and contribute to firm-wide improvement initiatives
- Participate in business development or community engagement if desired
