Concrete Superintendent

Role Overview

We are hiring a Concrete Superintendent in Milwaukee, WI. Stevens Construction Corp. is a commercial general contractor with self-performed trades of concrete, carpentry, and prefabricated walls. We specialize in the new construction of various commercial, multi-unit, mixed-use buildings.

What You Will Do

The Concrete Superintendent is responsible for all aspects of concrete operations onsite, inclusive of the planning, scheduling, flow of materials, deliveries, equipment, safety, SCC Concrete Workers, and all concrete construction being performed.

Requirements

• 5+ years' concrete supervisory experience with concrete contracts valued at more than $1,000,000
• Concrete experience must be within commercial/industrial construction
• Must have experience with footings, foundation walls, and slab-on-grade concrete operations
• Ability to read, interpret, and edit construction plans
• Understand rebar installation drawings and assemblies
• Must understand redi-mix add mixtures and mix designs
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job
