Manage the preconstruction process, build and maintain detailed estimates, estimate self-performed trades, track scope changes, and review project specifications.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience working for a commercial general contractor, construction management firm, or engineering firm
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or related degree
• Strong in-person, and written communication skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and coworkers
