
Job description
We are hiring a Project Manager to join our Madison Team. The Project Manager is responsible for the entire construction project to be performed and completed within budget, while exceeding expectations for quality and safety, in addition to building positive relationships with the Owner and design professionals.
Conduct pre-construction coordination meetings, prepare schedules, create and maintain job cost spreadsheets, manage purchase orders, change orders, submittals, RFI's and proposals, conduct weekly job meetings, and complete project close out documents.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager working for a general contractor or CM firm running $10M+ new construction projects.
