Job Description
We are a dynamic, high-energy law firm seeking a motivated team member to help collect on court-awarded judgment debt.
Requirements
- Prepare and file legal documents.
- Review cases and manage court-awarded judgment debt collection processes.
- Follow up with court clerks and manage case inventories.
- Address garnishee and/or consumer inquiries as needed.
- Communicate with courts, process servers, and defendants via phone.
- Assist in identifying and executing collection opportunities.
