
Job description
Ensure adherence to safety, schedule, quality, and ecology specifications as an Assistant Maintenance Engineer on the RDL/NIPD team. Perform corrective and preventive maintenance, supervise shift PM teams, and implement equipment improvement programs.
Perform corrective and preventive maintenance, supervise shift PM teams, and implement equipment improvement programs. Liaise with equipment vendors and third-party suppliers, and carry out action plans to reduce equipment maintenance costs.
This role requires a degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or a diploma in a relevant field with experience. Experience in semiconductor/wafer fab cleanroom equipment and wafer prober is an advantage. Good team player, positive working attitude, and willingness to learn are essential.
