
Job description
Manage a cost-effective manufacturing process procedure in wafer fabrication, providing operations support to the production line to achieve the organization's targeted manufacturing index. Take full ownership of operational issues and maintain day-to-day manufacturing activities through real-time problem analysis and solution implementation.
Maintain and support manufacturing activities, ensure smooth process flow with high quality, high yield, and low cost, and manage quality tasks without guidance. Execute SWR/DOE/trial R&D lots, manage engineering qualification & evaluation, and compile key measurement index reports.
Able to troubleshoot OOC/OOS, perform process fine-tuning, and carry out 80% of Process Engineer's tasks. Comply with the company's security policy, recognize security incidents, and participate in periodic audits.
