
Job description
As an Ion Implant Equipment Engineer, you will play a key role in driving quality improvements and enhancing equipment reliability. You will work closely with fellow engineers to identify and resolve complex equipment-related issues, optimize processes, and implement sustainable improvements.
Identify and resolve equipment-related issues that impact quality and reliability, participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Failure Mode Analysis (FMA), collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze equipment performance data, and assist with or lead the testing, qualification, and implementation of new projects and modifications.
Strong academic record, keen interest in equipment engineering and quality improvement projects, basic knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment, strong communication and teamwork skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
