Industrial Engineer II

Role Overview

As an Industrial Engineer II at STMicroelectronics, you will be responsible for capacity planning, analysis, and improvement. You will work on developing technologies that drive innovation and make a positive impact on people, businesses, and society. You will be part of a global business with over 115 nationalities, present in 40 countries, and comprising over 50,000 diverse and dedicated creators and makers of technology.

What You Will Do

Your main responsibilities will include providing capacity analysis, calculating equipment and tooling requirements, proposing equipment to be bagged or shut-down, and driving manufacturing to improve output and capacity according to standards. You will also work on equipment delivery and project spending, investment analysis, IEDB, VACT, and costing support, and reports and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial engineering or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
