
Job description
Maintain and support day-to-day manufacturing operations through real-time problem analysis and immediate implementation of effective solutions. Ensure smooth equipment operation and process flow—delivering high quality, high yield, and low cost—by working closely with Tool Owners, Tool Specialists, and Production Supervisors to achieve overall committed production targets.
Provide real-time troubleshooting for equipment failures, eSTAR/FDC alarms, and SPC violations. Manage and monitor equipment performance using Statistical Process Control (SPC). Work with Engineer to perform analysis and follow-up on all reported fab yields and D0 problems.
Degree in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering or related field. Minimum 2 year’s relevant experience in semi-conductor process engineering. Proactive attitude, independent and willing to work under stressful environment.
