Process Technician

Role Overview

We are seeking skilled and motivated candidates for the position of Process Technicians within the Process Engineering Department. This role offers the opportunity to deepen your technical expertise, work closely with Engineering and Production teams, and contribute directly to quality, productivity, and continuous improvement on our lines.

What You Will Do

The job holder shall work on a 4 Shift pattern, consisting of Day (06:00 till 18:00), Night (18:00 till 06:00), Rest and Off, including weekends and Public Holidays. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Processing and setting up of equipment according to the specifications required for Engineering lots.

The ideal candidate shall: Be willing to work on a 4-shift basis. Possess an MQF Level 4 Qualification in a Technical/Engineering related subject or comparable certifications together with a minimum of 3 years’ experience working within the manufacturing industry.

Requirements

• MQF Level 4 Qualification in a Technical/Engineering related subject or comparable certifications
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working within the manufacturing industry
• At least a year’s experience in the Semiconductor Industry, especially in the Assembly or Testing processes in conjunction with hands on experience in the field
• Quality First mentality
• Good technical knowledge of equipment, process and materials
• Very good command of English both written & spoken
• Computer literate, especially Microsoft Office
• Flexible, adaptable to the work requirements and able to take decisions following continuous inputs
• Ability to drive projects and overcome obstacles
• Assertive, dynamic and goal oriented
