Job description
Maintain and support day-to-day manufacturing activities through real-time problem analysis and solution implementation. Conduct real-time problem analysis on equipment failures, alarms, and SPC violations, and determine solutions through liaising with all parties involved.
Implement corrective actions using established OCAP procedures, respond to Lots on Hold, and disposition lots in real-time. Conduct equipment, tools, and process qualification, and ensure smooth process flow with high quality, high yield, and low cost.
Provide cross-functional support, share technical knowledge with new engineers, and work with Maintenance Specialists and Production Supervisors to achieve overall committed targets.
