Production Intern (PLP)

Role Overview

Support production by collecting and analyzing data to optimize line planning and execution. Guide and lead efforts to resolve quality issues related to human factors. Participate in addressing RTD, REI, and automation issues occurring on the production line.

What You Will Do

Contribute to Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) improvement initiatives, with a specific focus on enhancing the TSBP OEE status.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Lean Manufacturing, Manufacturing Technology & Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong team player capable of collaborating across functions while also working independently when needed.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written, with strong communication and reporting skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Office, and PowerPoint for tracking and analyzing operational data.
