Clinical Pharmacist - Pharmacy - FT - Day

The Clinical Pharmacist at SVH provides comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients birth to death by optimizing medication therapy, providing disease state prevention and management and promoting health and wellness. The Clinical Pharmacist also contributes to the generation of new knowledge that advances health and quality of life.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited school of pharmacy
• Doctorate PharmD from an accredited school of pharmacy
• Successful completion of an ASHP accredited residency plus one year of hospital or relevant clinical experience
• 3 years Relative work experience that includes essential duties at healthcare system
