We are seeking a Cultivation Associate to support all aspects of the plant growth cycle to ensure healthy, high-quality cannabis production. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail and a passion for plant care.
Requirements
- High School diploma or G.E.D required.
- Experience or knowledge in horticulture and/or agriculture desirable.
- Previous manufacturing or laborer experience preferred.
- Ability to manage high stress situations and adaptability.
- Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task.
- Reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends, if requested.
