The Regional Retail Director will partner closely with the Vice President of Retail to ensure best-in-class store operations, compliance, customer experience, and team development. Responsibilities include leading a team of Regional and Retail Operations leaders, ensuring consistent leadership expectations, and fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive retail leadership experience
• Proven experience scaling retail operations in a high-growth organization
• Strong working knowledge of cannabis-specific POS and compliance systems
