You will also be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures, negotiating sub-contractor contracts, and performing periodic reports.
This position requires strong leadership abilities, written and oral communication skills, and problem-solving skills. You must be able to work well under pressure, enforce security/safety regulations, and maintain effective working relationships with other employees, vendors, and the general public.
