Job description
The Wellness Team Supervisor is responsible for day-to-day supervision of care staff in assisted living and memory care, ensuring residents receive care and personalized assistance.
Supervise care staff, monitor job performance, coach and counsel staff, and document corrective action as needed. Make daily rounds to ensure resident care standards are met, and verify care staff hours.
Requires 2 years of leadership experience, a high school diploma or GED, and experience working with the elderly population. Must be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
