Deli Manager

The Deli Manager will oversee the daily operations of the deli department, including scheduling associates, developing merchandising plans, and controlling costs. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Knowledge of all aspects of Deli operations
• Proven skills in taking appropriate and decisive action to meet budget expectations
• Must be able to work a variety of shifts including nights and weekends
• Excellent communicate skills with vendors, customers and employees
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 40 lbs
• 1 year minimum experience as a manager in food service
• Must possess excellent communication skills (both oral and written), good leadership and interpersonal skills.
