Deli Manager

Deli Manager - Pay based on experience. Responsibilities include scheduling, training, and evaluating departmental associates, developing merchandising plans, and controlling department costs.

Requirements

• Knowledge of all aspects of Deli operations
• Proven skills in taking appropriate and decisive action to meet budget expectations
• Must be able to work a variety of shifts including nights and weekends
• Excellent communicate skills with vendors, customers and employees
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 40 lbs
• 1 year minimum experience as a manager in food service
• Must possess excellent communication skills (both oral and written), good leadership and interpersonal skills.
