Deli Manager

Deli Manager responsible for scheduling, training, and evaluating associates, developing merchandising plans, and controlling department costs. Must have knowledge of Deli operations, excellent communication skills, and leadership abilities.

Requirements

• Knowledge of all aspects of Deli operations
• Proven skills in taking appropriate and decisive action to meet budget expectations
• Must be able to work a variety of shifts including nights and weekends
• Excellent communicate skills with vendors, customers and employees
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 40 lbs
• 1 year minimum experience as a manager in food service
• Must possess excellent communication skills (both oral and written), good leadership and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to get along with customers, vendors, suppliers and associates, and must be able to motivate and lead others
