Deli Manager

Responsible for overseeing deli operations, including scheduling, training, and evaluating associates, as well as developing and implementing merchandising plans to meet sales and profit objectives.

Requirements

• Knowledge of all aspects of Deli operations
• Proven skills in taking appropriate and decisive action to meet budget expectations
• Excellent communication skills with vendors, customers, and employees
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 40 lbs
• 1 year minimum experience as a manager in food service
• Must possess excellent communication skills (both oral and written), good leadership and interpersonal skills
