Job description
The Payroll Specialist supports operational teams in meeting client deadlines while ensuring high standards of quality and service. The role works closely with management to deliver functional and technical expertise, contributing to the effective management of a portfolio of clients.
Manage payroll preparation and calculations accurately and efficiently, maintain and update complex employee and payroll data within SAP HR, handle and resolve issues related to Personnel Administration, Time Management, and Payroll, and advise clients on employment law.
The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of integrity, confidentiality, and diplomacy, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to prioritize and organize work with minimal supervision.
