Events Executive Producer

Strata, a fast and exciting brand experience agency, is looking for a Senior Events Executive Producer to lead the end-to-end production of high-profile live, hybrid and virtual experiences for global brands.

Requirements

• 10+ years' experience producing events within an agency and/or freelance environment, delivering live (and ideally hybrid/virtual) projects for premium brands.
• Proven end-to-end production experience: budgeting, scheduling, supplier procurement/briefing, onsite delivery, reconciliation and debrief.
• Strong client-facing capability: able to lead meetings, advise on feasibility, manage expectations and maintain an exceptional service mindset.
• Commercially astute: able to build and manage production budgets, forecast accurately and deliver against margin targets.
