
Job description
The Project Engineer will be responsible for delivering Slope remediation and culvert & drainage projects on time, to budget, and to quality standard. They will manage contractors and staff, prepare project deliverables, and interface with internal and external design teams.
The Project Engineer will diagnose design-related issues, resolve them through documentation or escalation, and participate in continuous improvement of processes and procedures. They will also monitor and address design changes and non-conformances.
The ideal candidate will have strengths in team performance and dynamics, client services, EHS, and quality. They will be a leader who can maintain the highest standard of safety and adhere to the company's core values and policies.
