Own high-impact workstreams, be customer-facing, influence strategy, build scalable systems, and turn repeatable wins into a playbook. Work directly with founders on company-defining initiatives.
Drive projects from 0→1, partner with engineering to automate workflows, and ship tooling that removes repetitive work. Join calls, run working sessions, and translate customer pain into clear product and go-to-market priorities.
3–6 years of experience, demonstrated ownership of ambiguous workstreams, and a background in consulting, strategy & ops, product, growth, analytics, or customer-facing roles. Proven ability to drive projects with minimal oversight, strong judgment, and high accountability.
