We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team of developers that make our platform work so we can deliver on our mission. This is a people-first leadership role. You'll invest deeply in the growth of your engineers, build strong cross-functional relationships, and help us ship software that actually matters.
Requirements
- Five plus (5+) years of experience leading engineering teams, with a track record of developing people and building strong team cultures
- Clear, consistent approach to feedback. Direct reports always know where they stand and what growth looks like for them.
- Ability to attract, grow, and retain engineering talent
- Strong written and verbal communication. Able to influence decisions, navigate disagreement, and present clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience managing teams delivering production software across the full product lifecycle
- Understanding of application architecture, integration design, deployment, and testing
- Ability to clear a background check
