Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform seeking a Credit Risk Strategy Manager to lead the APAC Credit Risk Strategy Team in managing end-to-end credit risk for large and complex users.
Requirements
- 12+ years experience in commercial underwriting and/or financial analysis across multiple geographies in APAC
- Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP & IFRS), financial analysis, cash flow analysis, and comfort with reading and interpreting financial statements
- Ability to comfortably interact with the CFOs and CEOs of our top merchants
- Strong collaboration, communication, and relationship building skills, with an ability to influence stakeholders across organizations and borders
- Experience recruiting, developing, and managing diverse and high-performing teams
- Decisive, yet open to learning: you will make many critical decisions every day, even with the knowledge that you will be wrong some of the time
- Excellent communicator who is able to convey complex ideas succinctly
- Experience working cross-functionally across multiple teams and time zones
