Requirements

• Establish and grow relationships with provider groups
• Analyzes and interprets various forms of utilization, claims, demographics, and other data
• Collaborates with business development team to identify new opportunities for partnership with providers
• Reviews data and reporting with provider groups, with a focus on continuous process improvement
• Drives performance of portfolio of practices, including meeting targets for engagement, quality of care and utilization
