We seek a proactive Proposal Specialist to join our growing Inside Sales Team. You will support our Proposal Manager in crafting compelling proposals for contractors, engineers, and owners.
Coordinate and create proposals, participate in proposal development, organize strategy calls, facilitate cross-discipline coordination, develop outlines and schedules, and support narrative creation.
Our ideal candidate excels in verbal/written communication, confidently supports proposal efforts, sets clear goals, and prioritizes tasks in fast-paced settings.
