Senior Structural Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Structural Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil or structural engineering and will be responsible for developing engineered solutions that sustain and enhance infrastructure.

What You Will Do

The Senior Structural Engineer will participate and lead initial project studies, develop the sale approach, and resolve technical and construction issues with third parties. They will also plan, schedule, and coordinate documents and activities for major projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in structural engineering
• SE registration at DM
• SOE membership
• Ability to supervise personnel and manage design activities
• Familiarity with regulations and industry codes and standards
• Ability to participate and lead initial project studies
• Ability to resolve technical and construction issues with third parties
• Ability to plan, schedule, and coordinate documents and activities for major projects
• Advanced understanding of repair materials and strengthen solutions
• Ability to develop plan and delegate to team members to deliver the project per customer requirements
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to develop advanced structure models and perform gravity and lateral analysis using analysis/design software
• Ability to use prestressing and post-tensioning software
