Senior Structural Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join our Strengthening Division. As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for reviewing project documents, developing and participating in field investigations, conducting structural analysis, and developing construction drawings.

You will review project documents, conduct field investigations, conduct structural analysis, and develop construction drawings. You will also communicate with clients, engineers, and construction crews.

Requirements

• Bachelor or master's degree in Structural/Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in evaluating and designing concrete structures
• Experience in design for gravity loads and design of lateral load resisting systems
• Good understanding of Civil and Structural Codes
• Knowledge of Seismic retrofits and utilization of ASCE 41
• Knowledge of design of Fiber-reinforced polymer (FRP) composite for Seismic upgrades
• PE/SE registration required
