
Job description
As a Business Development Manager, you will be accountable for bringing the specialty capabilities of STRUCTURAL to the Industrial market. You will collaborate with our Technologies, Engineering and Operations teams to develop solutions that tackle the toughest construction challenges and meet the needs of our valued customers.
Supporting STRUCTURAL by performing sales functions on high-value projects in the Industrial market segments, managing sales process on projects with complexity, and fostering existing client relationships and developing new relationships to meet financial goals.
The successful candidate will be an innovative, decisive individual who can work effectively in a highly collaborative, team-based environment, has the ability to set goals and expectations and hold others accountable, and can encourage and mentor others.
