Job description
Lead construction crews in concrete repair, masonry restoration, waterproofing, and structural strengthening in commercial and industrial settings. Supervise up to 10 technicians and ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications.
On-site supervision, estimating labor requirements, developing crew schedules, completing daily reports, and ensuring safe operation of tools and equipment.
Ideal candidate is an innovative field leader who can work effectively in a team-based environment, set goals and expectations, and establish relationships.
