Construction Foreman

Role Overview

We are recruiting for a Foreman to lead construction crews that make our nation's structures stronger and last longer. The Foreman will be responsible for on-site supervision, developing crew schedules, and ensuring work is completed according to plans and specifications.

Responsibilities include on-site supervision, developing crew schedules, completing daily field reports, and ensuring crews are operating tools and equipment safely and productively.

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in general construction with at least 2 years in a Leadman or similar position
• Proven ability to supervise up to 10 technicians with minimal subcontract oversight
• Demonstrated ability to read, interpret and execute to construction drawings and contract specifications
• Advanced working knowledge of concrete repair, carpentry, rebar, sandblasting, equipment operation, and ability to read and interpret drawings
• Established commitment to safety
• Proven experience to produce look-ahead schedules and work with other construction documents as required by the project
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with the customer, crew and project teams
• Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, and basic construction applications such as Procore, SAP, etc.)
