Job description
As a Foreman for STRUCTURAL, you will lead construction crews that make structures stronger and last longer. Projects involve concrete repair, masonry restoration, waterproofing, and structural strengthening in commercial and industrial settings.
On-site supervision of field crews, estimating labor requirements, developing crew schedules, completing daily reports, and ensuring safe operation of tools and equipment.
Ideal candidate is an innovative field leader who can work effectively in a team-based environment, set goals and expectations, and establish relationships.
