Construction Project Engineer

Role Overview

As a Construction Project Engineer, you will be responsible for mastering critical construction skills, including scheduling, estimating, budget preparation, safety management, quality control, and business development. You will work in a collaborative team-based environment and be expected to travel 50-75% of the time. The goal is to develop you into a company leader through our Project Engineer Career Development (PECD) program.

What You Will Do

You will be responsible for solving problems, managing projects, and developing innovative repair solutions to challenging infrastructure problems. You will work on a wide range of projects, including commercial, public, water, wastewater, transportation, industrial, and power projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Cumulative grade point average of 2.8 or higher
• Minimum of one relevant internship experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional documentation and organizational skills
• Aptitude for solving problems
• Reliable transportation from the office to job-sites
