Job description
We are recruiting for a General Superintendent to provide construction leadership across KSA. The role involves providing high-level field management to other Superintendents, Foreman, and open-shop crews. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing, planning, coordinating, and executing project work in a timely manner within budget while maintaining a safe workplace.
As a General Superintendent, you will be responsible for interfacing with Superintendents and Project Managers, participating in pre-project and pre-task planning, and providing training and mentoring to field managers. You will also assist project teams in developing monthly progress reports and complete essential paperwork.
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal English communication skills, strong hands-on construction knowledge, and a bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field. The candidate should have 10+ years of experience in general construction, with at least 5 years in a field management role at a Superintendent level or above.
