Project Architect, 10+ Years

STUDIOS Los Angeles office is seeking a Project Architect with 10+ years of experience to contribute to unique and creative design projects. The ideal candidate is passionate about complex projects, technology, and sustainability integrated design, and has experience with construction documentation and project management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
• Strong portfolio with professional projects
• 10+ years of experience working in an architectural or interior design firm
• Experience in highly complex project types, large commercial office, mixed-use, civic, academic, and/or cultural projects
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate internally and externally
• Experience in all phases of Architectural services from Concept Design to Construction Administration
• Proactive approach to design with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
• Design and documentation experience using Revit
• Software Experience with Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD, Grasshopper, and SketchUp
