Progression & Engagement Coach

The Progression & Engagement Coach will support students' progression needs, deliver tutorial sessions, and provide 1-1 support and guidance. The role requires excellent people skills, administrative ability, and initiative. The coach will work closely with the academic team to monitor students' achievements and implement interventions for successful progression.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience of supporting students in an educational context
• Experience of creating engaging content and delivering workshops or similar
• Experience of working collaboratively with external partners
• Experience of facilitating the'student voice'
