Student Wellbeing & Engagement Officer

The Student Wellbeing & Engagement Officer will support students face-to-face and online, delivering services and processes to provide an excellent student experience. The post holder will provide first level support and referral to specialist services as required, and establish a programme of activities to help students develop skills and confidence outside the classroom.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience to demonstrate ability to work and think independently
• Experience of creating engaging content and delivering workshops or similar
• Working in a regulated environment
• Working in customer service
• Competent IT skills and experience working with data
