Restaurant Support/Runner

Truth be Told, a British Gastropub located inside The Study at the University of Chicago, is seeking a full-time Restaurant Support/Runner with weekend availability. The ideal candidate enjoys entertaining and has an engaging personality that thrives in a team environment.

Requirements

• Ability to maintain a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor at all times.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• 2+ years of experience in a formal dining or upscale casual environment.
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to positively communicate and interact with all hotel departments.
• Ability to grasp, lift and or carry, or otherwise, move goods weighing a maximum of 40 lbs.
