Senior Quality Engineer

Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove, a leading manufacturer of luxury kitchen appliances, seeks a Senior Quality Engineer to supervise Quality Assurance Technicians and lead quality initiatives. The role involves problem identification, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventative action, as well as development and maintenance of key performance indicators.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or technical discipline
• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing or quality engineering function
• Experience leading a team and coaching and developing direct reports
• Strong understanding of and experience applying advanced statistical methodologies in a manufacturing environment
• Proficient in GD&T, measurement practices and APQP tools
• Solid analytical problem-solver with knowledge of tools such as 5why, 8D, A3, etc.
• Experienced in Microsoft Office and Data Analytics tools
• Able to work collaboratively to resolve issues and continually improve results in the areas of safety, quality, delivery and cost
