Maintenance Group Leader - Manufacturing

The Group Leader, Maintenance is responsible for supervising and leading maintenance activities for a group of maintenance Associates, with a focus on safety, quality, cost, delivery, and team harmony.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership, Industrial Technology, related field, or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education
• Three years of relevant experience
• Ability to lead, develop, implement, and maintain all predictive and preventive maintenance activities within the department
• Ability to read and understand drawings, prints and schematics
