We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Workplace Technology Engineer to join our team in Sutton, London on an initial 6-month Fixed Term Contract. The successful candidate will provide high-quality onsite technical and operational support across end-user devices, systems, and IT services.
Requirements
- Vocational or technical qualification in IT (or equivalent professional experience)
- Extensive hands-on experience in IT technical support or deskside support environments
- Strong experience supporting Windows operating systems, applications, and end-user hardware across macOS and Android platforms
- Experience supporting meeting room and conferencing technologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve non-routine issues independently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility, reliability, and strong attention to detail
