Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and proactive Learning Support Assistant to join our team. Requirements

• Work closely with class teachers and the SENCo to support pupils with a range of needs
• Provide targeted support to individuals or small groups, helping to deliver interventions and adapted learning
• Build positive relationships with pupils to develop confidence, engagement, and independence
• Support the creation of a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
• Contribute to assessment and progress monitoring through observations and feedback
